Jinny’s fruit scones are made in small batches and mixed by hand. There are no additives or preservatives in our scones, in fact there are only a few ingredients namely self raising flour, caster sugar, sultanas, cinnamon and margarine. The wet ingredients include rapeseed oil and buttermilk. We soak the sultanas in tea which ensures that the fruit is moist and full of flavour.
