Jinny’s Oat Bread Mix was developed in 2019 when we developed some other bread mix versions of our popular retail breads. It’s very simple to make with detailed instruction on the back of the pack. One important think to keep in mind when making this bread at home is to make sure you let the mixture rest for 30minutes before baking. This allows the oats and pinhead oats to absorb the milk mixture.
